Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low in order to avoid excessive shrinkage. Do not put your sweaters in the dryer. Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinkage and stretching.

All purchases will be processed and shipped from New York within 2-3 days of order.
Shipping within the US via USPS Priority Mail is a flat fee of $5.00 for orders below $100. Shipping is free on orders of $100 and above.
Please allow 3-5 days from ship date to delivery. USPS Priority Mail Express is available for an additional fee.
Shipping to Canada is via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 days).

Shipping to the rest of the world is via USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International or DHL. Rates and delivery times will vary. Please check rates at checkout.

You will be sent a tracking number in an email when the shipping label prints. Please allow 12-14 hours for tracking to begin to update.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to New York.
International Customs and Tax
International orders may be subject to customs fees. Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Please contact your local post office or DHL facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
Returns, Exchanges & Shop Credit
We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt at email@example.com to request a return label for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, returns will only be accepted for shop credit. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns for shop credit with the exception of damaged or defective items upon receipt.
Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Shipping costs and packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending items back in similar packaging as what was received. If items are damaged in transit upon return, we will not be able to offer refund or shop credit. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
All sale items are final. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If your item has been lost in transit, in the case that USPS tracking shows no movement of the item for the last 15 days (for US orders) or 30 days (for International orders), you will be issued a store credit.
We are unable to issue a store credit for packages that are marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office to resolve this issue.
